Return Policy for Posh_etc Online Purchases

If you are unsatisfied with your online purchase, you can return the item(s) for a full refund within 14 days, counting from the day of delivery. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition as when it was initially delivered, with our Posh_etc price tag securely attached in its original position. We regret to inform you that we cannot process refunds or exchanges for item(s) lacking our price tag. Additionally, item(s) that have been worn, damaged, altered, or laundered will not qualify for a return.

Kindly return the item(s) to the original shipping location. Please exercise caution when preparing and sending your return, as incorrect returns may incur a $20 restocking fee.

Please be aware that any shipping fees paid by the buyer are non-refundable without exceptions.

We retain the right to decline returns that do not meet the abovementioned conditions. Unapproved or unauthorized returns will be shipped back to you at your expense, and a refund will not be processed. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your cooperation with our return policy.

 

What are the instructions for the return?

  2. After your return request is verified, we will email you a complimentary return label(s).
  3. Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any shipping costs. Refunds can take 5-8 business days to show in your account, depending on your bank. 

*When returning your item(s), please include any accessories, branded boxes, or cases that came with your order in the packaging. If anything is damaged or missing from your return, you may not receive your refund.
