Customer Protection

If a customer provides credible evidence from a recognized third-party authentication service demonstrating that an item purchased from us is not authentic, we will review the findings promptly.

Should an item be determined to be inauthentic, the customer will be entitled to:

  • Reimbursement of original shipping costs (where applicable)

  • Return shipping instructions at our expense

Claim Requirements

To initiate an authenticity claim, customers must:

Exclusions
